Our client is seeking a sharp, people-loving Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front-of-house operation at their events catering company. You will be the face of the service on the day, managing guest experience, running the floor team and making sure every event runs smoothly from setup to pack-down.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and oversee the full front-of-house operation at events, including setup, service and breakdown
• Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring an exceptional service experience
• Lead, brief and supervise waitrons, bartenders and floor staff
• Coordinate with the kitchen and event teams to ensure seamless service
• Manage stock, equipment, bar setups and event supplies
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints quickly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations
• Monitor service standards and presentation throughout each event
• Assist with event planning, staff scheduling and logistics
• Prepare event reports, stock counts and admin using computer-based systems
