Our client is seeking an experienced Claims Administrator to join its close-knit and highly professional team.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced claims professional with strong Heavy Commercial Vehicle claims knowledge who is looking to join a stable organization with an excellent staff retention record and long-term career prospects.

The successful candidate will initially be employed on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with a strong possibility of permanent employment following the successful completion of the probationary period and performance review.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Administering Heavy Commercial Vehicle, Trailer and Private Motor Vehicle claims from inception through to settlement
• Liaising with brokers, clients, assessors, panel beaters and service providers
• Ensuring claims are processed accurately and within required turnaround times
• Maintaining accurate records and claims documentation
• Assisting with general claims administration and provide support to the Claims Managers and Claims Director
• Deliver professional service to both internal and external stakeholders
