Job Description
Play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and evolving critical network and voice infrastructure across multiple client and internal environments.
The role offers exposure to complex routing, VoIP systems, VPN technologies, enterprise client infrastructure, automation initiatives, and large-scale technical project work.

Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, or similar preferred
Relevant networking or vendor certifications (Cisco, MikroTik, VoIP, Security)
Skills
5+ years in a network engineering, VoIP engineering, or infrastructure operations role
Strong experience in network troubleshooting and operational support
Experience managing escalated incidents and complex technical investigations
Experience supporting enterprise or service provider environments preferred
Exposure to project implementation and infrastructure improvement initiatives
Cisco technologies
MikroTik environments
WireGuard VPN
Linux server administration
Docker environments
Network automation or scripting
ISP, MSP, MSSP, or carrier/service provider environments
