Our client is seeking a capable and resilient Assistant Lodge Manager to support the smooth running of lodge operations. This role calls for a professional with a strong character, excellent leadership skills and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as 2IC (Second-in-Command) to the Lodge Manager, ensuring seamless operations in their absence.
• Assist in overseeing daily lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, train and motivate staff across departments.
• Support financial management, including budgets, cost control and reporting.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Work closely with the Lodge Manager to implement strategic initiatives.
