Our client is seeking a Housekeeping & Laundry Manager to lead and coordinate housekeeping and laundry operations at a luxury safari lodge. This permanent live-in role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for service excellence, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to motivate and manage a team in a five-star hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure five-star guest experience through exceptional housekeeping standards
• Manage, oversee, and schedule a team of 20 housekeepers fairly and effectively
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house and laundry facilities
• Monitor performance, provide training and maintain high cleanliness standards
• Oversee departmental budgets, cost control and inventory management
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and Health & Safety guidelines
• Review guest feedback and address complaints promptly
• Maintain strong collaboration with other departments for seamless operations
