My client is looking for a dedicated operational leader to run the day-to-day operations facility
• Ensure uniform adherence to Company standards
• Take full accountability for day-today running of the business
• Manage relationships with key suppliers
• Translate strategic goals into operational plans
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Manage, maintain and update production equipment, systems and processes
• Tightly monitor and control shrinkage, stock counts and overall staff accuracy
• Track and resolve complaints in line with company policy
• Degree or Diploma in Business Management
• 5-10 years FMCG experience in production/manufacturing management, ideally within food/bakery
• Ability to plan and implement operational strategy
