Key responsibilities:

Financial Leadership and Strategy

Strategic partnership.
Budgeting and forecasting
Cash flow and working capital
Financial analysis and cost control

Reporting and Controls

Management and board reporting
Internal controls
General ledger and month-end
Payroll governance
Process and systems optimisation (including Sage, Zoho and ServiceM8)
Head Office support

Operational Oversight

Inventory and stock control
Asset management
Operational Support

Compliance and Reporting

Tax and regulatory compliance
External audit
Contract management
Risk management

Qualifications

CA(SA)

Skills

Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and building internal controls.
Sound knowledge of South African tax legislation and SARS, CIPC and COIDA compliance requirements.
Experience with Sage Pastel Partner and Sage Pastel Payroll. Experience with Zoho Accounting, Zoho Inventory and ServiceM8 is advantageous.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
Experience in construction, building repairs, insurance claims or other project-based, multi-site businesses.
Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage the Directors and external partners.
High integrity, sound judgement, and the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary/Package

R700K – R800K ctc
